Referrals
This website and application is for the use of accredited DataLAB Partners to make referrals.
Here you can raise a Referral. You can do this a number of ways:
The best way, is to raise a referral using the online form. When you fill it out, it will directly add the enquiry to our job ticketing system and you can tell us it came from you. It will also send your client an email outlining the service and our details with a copy of the 'Work Form' to book their job in. We will then give them a courtesy phone call and answer any questions they may have. Please note as a DataLAB Partner your clients will get priority assessment.
You can also print-off a "Work Forms" - see PDF icon on the right. You can give these to your clients so they can complete it and send in with their device(s) for Data Recovery. When doing so, please do include your name and company name on the form so we can credit the referral to you.
If you have any queries at all do give us a call: 0800 328 2522. Lastly, your attention is drawn to the "Terms and Conditions of Use" - see footer link below. It is a condition of the programme and use of this portal that all Users abide by these.
